A professional service entity (PC or PLLC) is an entity organized for the sole purpose of providing professional services to the public. The Colorado Revised Statutes specify which professionals MAY form a practice as a professional service entity.

  • Physicians and Surgeons
  • Podiatrists
  • Professional Counselors
  • Veterinarians

The articles of incorporation or articles of organization require specific language to be included in the articles.
